A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! Currently, our email provider doesn’t allow time zone customization. Once we have a solution, we’ll let you know.
Q: Do you only cover U.S.-based topics?
A: While most of our audience is U.S.-based, we often explore global wellness trends and practices. As we grow, expect even more international content.

Q: I’m not receiving the newsletter. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry! Here’s how to troubleshoot:
Check Spam/Junk Folders: Drag the email to your primary inbox and mark it as “not spam.”
Using a Work/School Email?: Request your IT team whitelist @therootsnremedies.com or switch to a personal email.
Accidental Unsubscribe?: Click “Update Email Preferences” at the bottom of your last email to check.
Re-subscribe: Use this link to join the list again.

Q: Can I switch my email to a new one?
A: Absolutely! Scroll to the bottom of a newsletter and click “Update Email Preferences” to change your email without losing any referrals.
Q: Why am I receiving duplicate emails?
A: You may have subscribed with two different email addresses. Unsubscribe one by clicking “Update Email Preferences” at the bottom of the email.

A: Delivery delays may occur due to high demand. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get your items to you as soon as possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment due to high shipping costs. We recommend using a U.S. address, if possible. We’re working on better solutions for our international supporters.
